Move-In Hours	All Exhibitors must have and visibly wear a valid access badge. Monday, 20 Apr 9.00 - 17.00 (safety helmet and safety shoes required if red light is flashing) Tuesday, 21 Apr 9.00 - 17.00 (safety helmet and safety shoes required if red light is flashing) All exhibit stands must be moved in and set up by 17.00.
Registration Hours	Tuesday, 21 Apr 12.00 - 17.00 Wednesday, 22 Apr 08.00 - 18.00 Thursday, 23 Apr 09.00 - 14.00
Exhibit Hall Hours	Exhibitors with a valid access badge will be allowed into the hall starting at 08.00 on both days and may remain in the hall until 20.00 on Wednesday and Thursday Wednesday, 22 Apr 10.00 – 18.30 17.30 – 18.30 (Reception) Thursday, 23 Apr 10.00 – 15.00
Move-Out Hours	No exhibit can be removed in whole or in part prior to the closing of the exhibit hall at 15.00 on Thursday, 23 April Thursday, 23 Apr 15.00 – 19.30 (Safety helmet required if red light is flashing) All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by 19.30 on Thursday, 23 April. Drivers not checked in by this time will risk the possibility of their shipments not going out on the house carrier and incurring additional costs.
